say alert possible files that will be deleted

It scans and show the problem numbers and on detail viewing the entries. i got two alerts on unspecified files. in the registry. When i checked the entries, those belong to reflect program, which i am using. if it prompts , why it considers this entry as a dangerous , then it would be better understood. If i delete those entries, reflect program, may not work at all after.
